I think I do a better job updating my Facebook page than I do this blog - mostly because I don't feel obligated to wax political and/or philosophical on Facebook. I wanted to concentrate on peace and serenity within my life during the heat of the elections, so I refrained from blogging, scared I might upset my delicate, harmonic balance. I voted and that's all the political engagement I cared for over the last week. I can breathe a little easier now that the elections have come and gone. I'm excited for Obama's inauguration and think he's capable of great things.
On a totally different topic, Luke and Lucy turn 2 next Saturday. Every complete revolution around the sun is cause to celebrate! They're showing that they're 2 in so many ways. I bought Lucy her first round of Pull-Ups today. Little girl hates being dirty and is well on her way to being potty trained. Luke? Not so much. Though he does show interest because of his sister. I can only handle one at a time anyway.
